Commercial Event Tents ships to all United States addresses. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping

All orders ship free to US addresses. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or surprise charges at checkout.

Tax-Free

All orders are tax-free. No sales tax is applied to any purchase.

Shipping Region

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lead Times

Most products are made to order. Typical lead times are:

  • Standard tents and canopies: 2-4 weeks from order to delivery
  • Large clearspan structures: 4-6 weeks
  • Accessories and components: 1-2 weeks
  • Custom configurations: 4-8 weeks depending on specifications

Shipping Methods

Large tents and structures ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery. Smaller items and accessories ship via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx).

Delivery

  • Freight deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Someone must be present to accept delivery of large structures.
  • Delivery appointments are scheduled by the freight carrier for large items.
  • Inspect all packages upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Freight shipments include a tracking link and carrier contact information for scheduling.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours by emailing support@commercialeventtents.com with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
